Running Sore

Today was just to make sure the legs work. My knee is still a bit sore, but I just did a slow run to get the legs going. I feel I ought to be able to finish the 10k tomorrow but not at a real fast clip. I’m just going for the excitement of running in a crowd.

Up to now I’ve been not using my better pair of running shoes (trying to save them a bit on wear) but switched over today. I also added some orthopedic inserts for better support. That and popping Tylonel hopefully will make tomorrow more do-able.
