alan's "oh java" shop java is hip, it's cool, it's the future, but hey, it is <ugh> geeky programming. But now, the most awesome multimedia software in the universe, Director, can now export as Java and just skip over those low down plug-in blues. sure, over in the NoJava Shop we all know that shockwave is more hip, more cool, and packs more multimedia punch than all the hype of Java piled on top of all of Billy G's moohlah. but not to miss trying it out, here are some of our on-going, on-brewing efforts (it is not a trivial route going Dir2Java, but who knows? it can always get better) here's the stuff in my shop. all of them are presented here in the format of the AfterShock Utility, which allows you to view the page in Shockwave, Java, or GIF format (Aftershock allows you in a real page to do tyhe detection automatically). |
Sneakerizer (last brewed: Thu, Jan 22, 1998)
performs the scrambling text seen in the movie "Sneakers". We first did this as Shockwave, even uncovering a shockwave psuedo bug (as no one has yet to acknowledge it's true bugged nature).
